The NITECORE SRT6i puts 2,100 lumens and a 510-metre throw in your hand — that's past four rugby fields of usable light — with fourth-generation Smart Selector Ring technology that lets you dial brightness and modes with one smooth twist rather than cycling through a menu like you're choosing a ringtone. It's a proper tactical flashlight built for law enforcement, hunting and high-pressure applications where getting the wrong setting at the wrong moment isn't just annoying, it's a problem.

RING LEADER

The 4th-gen SSR (Smart Selector Ring) is the centrepiece. Three brightness levels, lockout mode, TAC mode, and STROBE READY™ technology for instant strobe access — all navigated by rotating the ring or hitting the dual-stage tail switches. Two tail buttons means your trigger hand stays where it belongs and your light hand handles the light. It's a system designed around people who actually use torches under pressure, not people who use them to find the cat at 2am.

NUMBERS THAT MEAN BUSINESS

65,200 candela of peak beam intensity. 510 metres of throw. Up to 70 hours of runtime on the included 5,000mAh NL2150HPi 21700 battery, which charges directly via USB-C so you're not hunting for a separate charger at the end of a long night. Precision Digital Optics Technology (PDOT) combined with crystal-coated optics and double-sided scratch-resistant lenses keeps that beam clean and tight. A constant current circuit holds output stable rather than letting it fade as the battery drops, and the Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) module (Patent No. ZL201510534543.6) manages heat automatically so the torch looks after itself while you're looking after other things.

BUILT FOR THE ROUGH STUFF

Aero-grade aluminium alloy with HA III military-grade hard-anodising. IP68 rated waterproof to 2 metres — dunk it crossing a creek, drop it off the side of the boat, it won't care. Impact resistant to 2 metres as well. The strike bezel uses high-strength silicon nitride ceramics for genuine glass-breaking performance, the kind of detail that doesn't matter until it suddenly very much does. At 163mm long, 40mm at the head, and 167 grams with battery, it's substantial without being unwieldy.

In the box you also get a CR123 battery magazine, holster, clip, lanyard, spare O-ring and USB-C cable — basically everything except a reason to leave it on the shelf.
